My name is Yang (/yáng, Young/) Zhou (/zhōu, Jo/), 周 扬 in Chinese.

I am currently a Research Fellow, PDRA in the MSMaH group at UCL. My research focus on Machine Learning for Multi-scale, Correlative, and Biomedical Image Processing, involving segmentation and registration across different modalities: HiP-CT, Histology and MRI.

I received my PhD in Computer Vision from Loughborough University in 2023, researching on underwater image processing and unknown detection, sponsored by EPSRC CDT-EI and Witted Srl.

Before that, I completed my MSc with Distinction from Loughborough University and BEng in Cyber Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, China, in 2018 and 2017 respectively.
